Alkashri Foundation is a registered charitable organisation based in Majalgaon, Beed District, Maharashtra. Founded on 13 May 2019 under the Societies Registration Act (Beed/0000204/2019).
Formally established as a Public Trust on 27 August 2019 (F-0025693), the Foundation was born from a vision to empower the marginalised communities of rural Marathwada.
Led by Dr. Kiran Shriram Khalge, the Foundation creates lasting social impact through education, healthcare, women empowerment, and community welfare programs.

The Alkashri Foundation draws its name, vision, and inspiration from its guiding pillars — two dedicated medical professionals who have devoted their lives to the service of humanity since 1987.
With decades of selfless commitment, they have been working relentlessly for farmers, suicide-affected families, child education, mentally challenged children, and elder care through old-age homes — and many other humanitarian initiatives.

With deep empathy for the marginalised and a hands-on approach to social welfare, she acts as a vital bridge between the Foundation and the communities it serves — driving transparency, trust, and transformation.
